1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to any order for services offered on https://www.vizipilot.fr, including diagnostics, store creation, Ads support and management subscriptions.

2. Services

Available SaaS plans include in particular:

• Starter (€49/month): automatic sync and 30-day dashboard.
• Growth (€99/month): alerts, weekly AI recommendations and email report.
• Pro (€199/month): 90-day history and advanced management.

Details of each plan are shown on the Pricing page before payment.

3. Order and payment

The order is confirmed after payment via Stripe. One-off payments and subscriptions are clearly indicated before checkout. The customer receives confirmation by email and in their account area.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including VAT where applicable, or excluding VAT depending on the publisher's tax status. ViziPilot reserves the right to change prices for future orders.

5. Delivery and performance

Delivery times depend on the plan chosen and materials provided by the customer (content, access, approvals). Performance begins once the required information has been received.

6. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to provide accurate information and access needed for proper delivery (store, analytics, Ads, files, brand assets, etc.).

7. Right of withdrawal

For consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal may apply depending on the nature of the service. For digital content or services already started at the customer's express request before the end of the period, legal exceptions may apply.

8. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via Stripe or written request to contact@vizipilot.fr. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms stated at signup.

9. Liability

ViziPilot uses reasonable means to provide a professional service. Commercial results (sales, ROAS, traffic) depend on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

10. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

11. Disputes

In case of dispute, the customer may contact contact@vizipilot.fr. Failing amicable resolution, French law applies.
